Return standard:

As long as you have the invoice, you can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt. The terms and conditions are as follows:

1. All returned items must be unopened and packaged in their original packaging with intact labels.

2. The customer will not receive the shipping cost associated with the original order.

3. All returns require authorization. Please email us at hkshopyycs@nubiotichk.com before returning your item.
4. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning products. Please use trackable courier when returning. No refunds will be given for products lost in transit.

Please note that if you use a return method that is not provided by us, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product to our warehouse, and the company will bear the shipping cost of the exchanged product from the warehouse to your mailing address.

Damaged product:
All products are inspected before leaving the factory. If the product is damaged upon receipt, please email us as soon as possible within 7 days of receipt. Damaged products will be replaced. Please return the product to us in the original box so we can investigate the damage and follow up with our courier service.

Order Description and Special Arrangements:

HKSHOPYY.com is not subject to these instructions, although customers may provide special instructions through customer notes in HKSHOPYY.com orders. Both HKSHOPYY.com and the Client agree that HKSHOPYY.com will use its best efforts to comply with these special arrangements unless expressly confirmed by HKSHOPYY.com prior to placing an order.
Specifically, instructions to request phone calls, order splits, or faster delivery schedules through courier services cannot be followed.

When the order arrives at the SF pick-up point, S.F will send you an SMS notification. Express/EF lockers. Please follow the instructions to pick up your order within the deadline set by the SMS.

※If you choose a SF pick-up point, your order may be delayed if the EF locker is full. Customers can visit the EF Locker website to track orders.

Expected delivery dates apply to orders placed before 5:30pm Monday through Saturday. For orders placed after 5pm on weekends and during Hong Kong public holidays, it will take one business day more than the expected delivery date. Delivery to outlying islands is only available on Saturdays.

We ship to addresses in Hong Kong and Macau, including most commercial, industrial and residential areas. (excluding PO Box addresses and certain restricted areas, especially those requiring special permits)
